Audra was referred to me by our probate attorney after the court selected her as the listing agent. My mother passed away, I live across the country and had to deal with my mom’s estate, and there was a tenant living in the home who hadn't paid rent in almost a year and refused to vacate.  After a year of fighting with this tenant, Audra was brought onto the file and literally saved the day!  She expeditiously served the tenant and appeared on our behalf in court where she negotiated the tenant out within a two-week period.  At the end of that two weeks, Audra showed up to meet the sheriffs for the lockout.  Tenant gone!  Audra then listed the house, dealt with ridding the house of the belongings the tenant left behind, and within a week the house sold for $40,000 more than we were asking, with no court approval needed!  I cannot recommend Audra enough, her dedication to this listing was above and beyond, and she walked me through each and every step explaining ALL details big and little.  I can honestly say that she made this entire process we had been battling for almost two years go away, we were able to move on and put much needed closure to this situation.
