With a fresh perspective, a solid business & marketing plan, and a very strong support team of title and escrow officers, in their first five months of being in business Pacific Coast Properties averaged two closes per month and sold a total of $6.8m in inventory. They also built quite an impressive clientele list. A very respectable end to their first year!
